TrueBazar provides a marketplace and ordering platform for participating vendors. Unless an order expressly identifies TrueBazar as the seller, the selected vendor is responsible for its product descriptions, licences, availability, quality, preparation, taxes, invoices, and fulfilment. TrueBazar facilitates the technology, supported payments, order status, and support.

• You must provide accurate account, contact, and delivery information.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting your password and verification codes.
• You must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with another customer, vendor, or delivery partner.

Products and services are listed with prices in Indian Rupees (INR). Availability and price may change until checkout is completed. The order summary displays item prices, applicable taxes, delivery or handling fees, discounts, and the final payable amount before confirmation. Obvious catalogue or pricing errors may be corrected, and an affected order may be cancelled and refunded.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after payment or payment-method validation and acceptance by the applicable vendor and TrueBazar order system. Online payments are processed by authorised third-party payment providers; TrueBazar does not ask customers to disclose card PINs, CVV values, UPI PINs, passwords, or OTPs to support personnel.

Delivery is subject to location serviceability and vendor capacity. Please review the Shipping and Delivery Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

The TrueBazar name, software, interface, graphics, and original platform content belong to Truecode Solutions or its licensors. Vendor names, logos, product images, and descriptions may belong to their respective owners. No content may be copied, resold, scraped, or commercially reused without applicable permission.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but uninterrupted operation, exact delivery times, and continuous product availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
